Wild Rose's is featuring Jim Gerlitz. "Most of my work includes people at the beach, in a restaurant, walking down the street etc. I enjoy trying to capture their gestures, their attitudes....this is due in part, I guess because of the influence of those under whom I have studied, Bill Cumming, Nancy Johnson, Dick Brown and others. While trying to create something is very frustrating at times, now and then things work out and the final results is worth the effort."
